We are looking for a Hardware Development Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the product development lifecycle, from design and validation to integration and testing. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the specification, design, and validation of satellite communication products throughout the product lifecycle.
* Perform detailed circuit design, including schematic capture, component selection, and simulation.
* Direct in-house and external PCB layout design teams to deliver high-quality designs.
* Prepare manufacturing work packages for prototype and production-level products.
* Support integration, validation, and qualification of hardware, software, and systems.
Skills and Experience:
* Considerable experience in hardware product design
* Strong experience in developing complex, high-speed circuits for high-density, multi-layer PCBs.
* Strong experience in circuit and PCB design and simulation tools, such as Allegro, ADS, SiWave, HFSS, or CST.
* Hands-on experience in designing systems that include:
* Microcontrollers, Digital Signal Processors (DSP), FPGA, or ASIC.
* High-speed digital interfaces (e.g., SerDes, ADC/DACs).
* Power supplies and sensors.
* RF systems.
* Strong experience working with satellite communications
* Good experience in Verilog/VHDL for board, power, and clock management.
* Experience developing ASIC prototyping systems using FPGAs.
