With 550 talented individuals across seven offices, we’re recruiting a Commercial Manager to join our Healthcare commercial team and work across our healthcare portfolio.
Our Commercial Manager role is a hybrid position that involves working collaboratively three days in-office at our Herne Hill location. The salary range is £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE), plus excellent OTE and company benefits. We offer on-the-job training to ensure you feel supported and empowered.

And What We Ask In Return:
* A passion and commitment to sales and determination to succeed. You have at least one year of sales experience and you can share your success stories at the first interview. While healthcare or media sales experience is a plus, a willingness to learn is what really matters.
* You are resilient, target-driven, and self-motivated. You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and consistently exceed expectations.
* Strong communication skills. You are confident and love building strong relationships, whether it’s with clients, colleagues, or industry professionals.
* You embrace challenges and bring creative problem-solving in the form of solutions to the table, ensuring that both the client’s and company’s needs are met.
* You have excellent time management and organisational skills, making sure no opportunity is missed.
