Your job:
In this role the Regional Internal Sales will often be the first point of contact the customer has.
Duties involve:
* Delivering excellent customer service and communication
* Providing customers with product and service information
* Processing enquiries and orders accurately and within the time dedicated by the customer deadline
* Proactive promotional calling to customers and prospects is required to maximise the growth of the region. This part is not cold calling. It is to be existing upsell / cross sell to maximise the potential of the client.
Job Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role.
* A salesperson who is able to demonstrate a proven sales record
* Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
* Enthusiastic and professional telephone manner
* Attention to detail
* Able to work using your own initiative within a demanding target driven environment.
* Good knowledge of computer programmes
