Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Distribution and Fulfillment Director to lead our transportation and warehouse operations in Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales staff, production managers, and logistics partners
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong understanding of transportation and warehouse operations, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. A full driving license and FLT license are advantageous, but not essential.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow in your career.
