Purpose
To work with NEET young people living in the East London Boroughs of Barking & Dagenham, Bexley, Bromley, Enfield, Greenwich, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, and Waltham Forest to support them into and help them to remain in sustainable learning and work.
Essential:
You will have:
* Professional qualification in advice and guidance, mentoring, coaching, teaching or youth and community work
* Experience of caseload planning management and organisational skills
* Experience of developing and maintaining rapport and effective relationships with young people
