Help Desk Coordinator

General
* Receiving inbound calls C emails and making frequent outbound calls C emails;
* Scheduling engineers to attend call outs and regularly updating them with their required jobs;
* Generation and closure of scheduled work orders, daily;
* Overseeing job completion in respect of in-house engineering and sub- contractor services;
* Updating in-house systems and informing external clients regularly of updates;
* Managing the helpdesk inbox efficiently daily;
* Constant liaison with engineers, subcontractors and clients via phone/email;
* PPM asset management planning via our databases;
* Respond quickly and effectively to client queries;
* Raising jobs and purchase orders daily;
* Always providing excellent customer service;
* Completing various admin tasks as requested.
Requirements
* Worked in a familiar field
* Experienced working with CAFM (desirable)
* Great communicational skills
