The Company

Our client is a leading engineering company who manufacture/refurbish engineering parts for the rail industry supplying a global client base.

Due to an increase in the workload, they are now looking to recruit an Administrator to support their site based in Calne.

The Role

The role will work alongside the small engineering team on site, liaising closely with the head office and internal departments including Purchasing/Quality/Engineering etc

The main duties will be:

To maintain accurate SAP order book information in line with customer requirements.
To develop positive relationships with key customer company contacts, proactively communicating service delivery information.
To achieve service KPIs to process all purchase orders, sales order acknowledgments, quotes, order book status updates and order book re-alignments within the Service Level Agreements in place with customers or within local rules where a SLA does not exist.
To respond on time to commitments given for requests for information, expedite request, invoice queries, delivery queries, delivery confirmations or such other customer requests within the service level agreements.
To maintain CRM information to ensure it is current, accurate and effectively used to manage tasks.Working hours

Start time: 0630/0700 Monday to Friday

Finish time 1500/1530 Monday to Thursday and 1200 on Friday

Skills/Experience required

Previous experience within a similar role
SAP Experience (Ideally)
PC literate in Word, Excel etc
Full UK driving licenceThere is an immediate start for the right candidate, and this is an ongoing long term contract role
