We are now looking for a Social Media Executive to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

The Role
As a Social Media Executive, you will manage and support social media activities across a range of clients and industry sectors.
Your role will primarily focus on community management, responding to user queries, and scheduling and managing content calendars.
Working closely with the Social Media Manager, you will ensure that content is engaging, aligns with brand guidelines, and meets deadlines.
Additionally, you will:
- Source and manage social assets and copy for several accounts
- Monitor tracked keywords, brands, and events
- Report on social metrics and campaigns, offering insights for improvements
- Provide input on strategies and actions based on frontline channel observations
About You
To be considered as a Social Media Executive, you will need:
- Experience in social media or digital marketing, with proven customer relations experience
- Experience with social media tools such as Hootsuite or Tweetdeck
- The ability to manage and develop image and asset banks for social media
- Strong written English skills
- Confidence in writing engaging social copy
