Office Administrator

LogicalPS are one of the Uk’s leading labour providers to the construction and power sectors. We are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator with exceptionally strong communication and organisational skills for a role in the Norfolk. Our client provides services to the construction and energy markets and has an enviable order book due to securing numerous large contracts throughout Suffolk and Sizewell C the UK's next biggest construction project.
Package:
* £25,000 - £30,000 PA with OTE
* Overtime/travel
* Agile working options available – to be discussed in interview
The Job Role:
* Organisation and Planning: Implement project management tools to keep track of deadlines, resources, and tasks. Software like Trello or Asana can be helpful.
* Bookkeeping Efficiency: Use accounting software (like QuickBooks or Xero) to simplify invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. Regularly reconciling accounts can prevent issues down the line.
* Communication: Foster clear communication between the office and on-site teams. Regular check-ins or status updates can ensure everyone is aligned and aware of any changes.
* Staff Management: Create a schedule that accommodates project needs while allowing for flexibility. Consider training programs to enhance skills and improve team morale.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all safety regulations are communicated and enforced on-site. Regular training sessions can keep everyone informed about best practices.
Experience and Qualifications Required:
* Level 3 or above in Information technology office products essential e.g. Document Control certification
* Level 3 or above in Business Administration desirable
