**We are currently looking for a Receptionist Workspace Administrator for a busy business centre based in Thetford, Norfolk.**

The role will be a long term temporary role, with a minimum of 2 years and maybe longer.

**Working Hours**
- Monday - Friday
- 9am - 5pm, although they may ask to start at 8am on occasions

**Duties Will Include**
- Manning the reception, greeting and guiding visitors to the centre
- Maintaining centre presentation at all times
- Administration tasks such as maintenance bookings, invoice management and health & safety compliances
- Oversee client move ins and move outs
- Ensure legal licences are up to date
- Liaise with current centre occupants on any queries or complaints
- Maintain IT & telecom services throughout the centre
- Making refreshments

**Pay Rate**

£10.90 per hour
