One of the region's busiest contractors with a healthy pipeline of work, including a flagship main contracting scheme in the heart of the English Riviera, is seeking to compliment thier existing team with an additional Finishing Manager.
Providing full support to the Project Lead, they are in a need of a focussed and driven "boots in the ground" Site Manager able to confidently oversee site operations during the finishing stages of the project whilst ensuring that Health & Safety, Quality standards and timescales are upheld.
It's essential that you'll have previous experience of major main contracting (build) schemes, gained within a Tier 1 contracting environment with knowledge of Principle contractor processes and standards.
In addition to having good organisational skills, you’ll also need to have the usual SMSTS, CSCS card and First aid at work.
A sound communicator with a good eye for detail, it’s essential that you can thrive in a team environment and that you have a solid understanding of the construction industry.
Applications welcome from either trade or academic backgrounds as the role could involve covering internal or external works or a mixture of both depending on your experience.
