What You Will Do:

Engage with candidates from application to initial contact, ensuring a seamless high-volume recruitment process.
Conduct initial screening, telephone interviews, and provide timely feedback or offers to candidates.
Update and distribute resourcing trackers and KPIs, maintaining clear communication on recruitment progress.
Build talent pools for frequent vacancies, understanding internal succession and talent development.
Proactively search for candidates using internal and external databases, as well as social media tools.
Ensure compliance with GDPR and company standards, maintaining a consistent and positive candidate experience.
What You Will Bring:

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment or agency work.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
A motivated and driven approach, aiming to provide the best recruitment and onboarding experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
