**HR Coordinator - Recruitment**

At the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, a group of passionate and determined people work to design, develop, manufacture and race the cars driven by seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton and Grand Prix winner George Russell.
Whether working in our Operations, Finance, Technical, Race or Business Support functions, we are all in and aspire to build the greatest team in the history of our sport.

**Key Accountabilities (Duties)**:
Undertake recruitment team activities with PRIDE (Passion, Respect, Innovation, Determination & Excellence) including:
- Posting and ensuring accuracy of recruitment advertisements.
- Compiling and fact checking offer documents and contracts.
- Support in the production of data and analysis of data where appropriate.
- Hold regular meetings to discuss live role status and actions needed to move them forward.
- Facilitate assessment events as required.
- Supporting on Ad Hoc campaigns and Recruitment / HR activities as appropriate.
- Ensuring needs from the business are prioritised accordingly and delivered upon in a timely manner.
- Delivering excellent service to our customers.
Previous experience in a general administrative role is essential.
- Recruitment administration experience is desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel in particular).
- Proficient in time management.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- A strong communicator and people person.
- Adaptable and driven.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
**Key Skills/Qualifications**:
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience in a HR setting.
- Accreditation from CIPD desirable.
