Residential Manager/ Social Work Manager

Family Assessment Centre
Are you a passionate and experienced Residential Manager or Social Worker looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families? We are working on behalf of a client who are have a new Family Assessment Centre, that offers a caring and supportive environment for parents or expectant parents in need of additional support.
Your Role
As Residential Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing effective safeguarding practices
Providing team supervision and mentorship
Empowering and motivating staff to achieve best outcomes
Supporting and promoting family life
Conducting parenting assessments
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or a formal qualification in social work
Proven experience working with children and families in residential settings
Strong parenting assessment knowledge and skills
Management/leadership experience or a willingness to be trained
A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
