Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Social Workers and Senior Practitioners to join our Children's Social Care Teams in Cambridgeshire County Council. Our teams work with Children, Young People, and their Families to provide support and care, promoting choice, control, and flexibility in managing their needs.

Main Duties

As a Social Worker or Senior Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with Children, Young People, and their Families to assess and meet their needs
  • Developing and implementing Person-Centred Plans to promote choice and control
  • Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive support
  • Providing guidance and support to colleagues and teams
