HR Administrator
Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the HR Manager with all aspects of HR operations from talent attraction to employee relations, overseeing the full employee lifecycle.
HR Administrator
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Preparing job descriptions and advertisements.
Manage sponsorship applications and right to work checks.
Drafting and issuing offer letters and contracts.
Managing employee files to ensure the required paperwork for new employees is complete.
Use HR software to report absences and provide other relevant reports.
Monitoring performance review completion and reporting delays

HR Administrator Essentials
An experienced Administrator within a similar role
Accustomed to working at pace within a busy team
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Extremely professional, with experience delivering excellent customer service
Experience supporting a HR function or keen to develop your knowledge and experience in this area
Location
Our client is located in Oxford with free onsite parking and excellent transport links nearby.
