Sales Office Administrator

Permanent Position – Part-Time 15 hours per week

Salary: £12/13 per hour (depending on experience)

Our client Clip Drape International is the exclusive European Distributor for Snap Drape International. Snap Drape International has been the market leader for suppling table coverings and associated products to the hospitality industry for the last 40 years. Their customers include Shangri-La, Claridge’s, Dorchester Hotel Collection, Hilton Hotels, Marriott Hotel Group, Intercontinental Hotel Group etc. Working alongside Snap Drape International for the last 18 years gives them the knowledge and experience to be able to deliver an unprecedented reputation within the industry.

A Part-Time Sales Office Administrator is required for the Sales Office, offering a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join this small business in Ashford, Kent. Which currently has over 35 years combined experience within the hospitality industry and are continually growing.

Key Experience:

* Good communication & time management skills

* Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Combined with excellent typing skills

* Understanding of Sage Accounts

* Understanding of different CRM systems

* Confident & approachable telephone manner

* Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations

* Stock control

* Previous experience in an administration role

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Arranging quotes for existing and potential customers

* Order processing

* Order Invoicing

* Answering incoming calls for existing and new projects

* Email marketing

* Importing

* Exporting

* DHL bookings and tracking

* Overseeing deliveries and assisting the Sales Office with administrative requirements.

This position requires a strong business-like Sales Administrator. The role can develop with an individual who has ambition, self-motivation, drive and enthusiasm
