**12 Months’ Fixed-Term with the possibility of becoming permanent.**

This role involves:

- Delivering a high-quality repairs management service by ensuring the needs of residents are met throughout their tenancies.
- Providing an efficient and comprehensive administrative support including receiving repairs enquiries, raising repairs, answering queries from residents, recording and monitoring repair cases through the repairs process and assisting with managing contractor invoices.
- Have experience in delivering a high quality repairs and void maintenance service, compiling and maintaining accurate written, computerised and statistical records and producing performance information.
- Have knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to maintenance and construction works.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication, organisational, interpersonal, prioritisation, numerical, customer service and I.T. skills.
