Learning Support Assistant

Location: Sloane Square, London
Position: Year 3 Learning Support Assistant
Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM)
Salary: £90 - £97 per day
Start Date: ASAPAre you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? A small, voluntary-aided primary school in the heart of Sloane Square, proudly rated as 'Outstanding' by Ofsted are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work 1-1 with a wonderful Year 3 student who has autism and global delay.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to the child to enhance their learning and social skills.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs).
Foster a positive and nurturing environment to encourage the child's development.
Monitor and record progress, communicating regularly with parents and staff.Requirements:

Prior experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly autism and global delay. (MANDATORY)
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to supporting children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications in education or child development are advantageous.What We Offer:
