If so, we want you to join our team at The Supply Room as a Behaviour Mentor and Learning Support Assistant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and behavioural challenges in Key Stage 1 and 2.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) under the guidance of the SENCO and classroom teachers.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and respected.
- Utilize effective behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience supporting children with Special Educational and Behavioural Needs is essential.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach towards working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, staff, and parents.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students in a dynamic educational setting.
