Pay is £90-£130 per day subject to experience.

Presently, we're seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to become an integral part of our Carnforth team.

Key Responsibilities: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the flow of learning when teachers are unavailable. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Classroom Management:You'll oversee classrooms, ensuring a positive learning atmosphere and adherence to school behaviour and safety protocols.
Lesson Delivery:You'll follow predetermined lesson plans, ensuring students remain engaged and focused on their studies.
Supporting Classroom Discipline:Promote good behaviour, address disciplinary issues professionally, and provide assistance to students as required.
Reporting:Accurately document daily activities, student progress, and any concerns, relaying this information to the appropriate teaching staff.Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional classroom management abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse age groups and subjects.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.Requirements:

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and parents
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references
CV covering the last 10 years of employment history where possible
Legal right to work in the UK
Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent (preferred)
