Poultry Farm Operations Manager

The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Poultry Farm Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team in Lancashire. As a key member of the farm management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the farm's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems to create an optimal environment for bird health and productivity.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of bird health, food supplies, and supplier interactions.
- Use your expertise to make sound decisions autonomously, particularly when covering for the Farm Manager.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for an individual with:
- Livestock experience and a strong understanding of poultry production.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the farm management team.
The Package:
We offer a competitive salary of £30,000, a bonus scheme, and an accommodation allowance that includes council tax and water.
