Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Poultry Farm Management Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lancashire. As a key member of our client's operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the farm operates at the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

About the Role
  • Manage ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems to create an optimal environment for poultry growth and health.
  • Maintain accurate records of bird health, food supplies, and supplier interactions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize expertise to make sound decisions autonomously, particularly when covering for the Farm Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in livestock management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
