**Job Title**:Temporary Catering Supervisor

**Location**:Arnside Primary School, Church Hill, Arnside, Carnforth, Cumbria LA5 0DW

**Contract Type**: Temporary, covering sickness, reviewed in 3 months

**Hours**: 22.5 hours per week, term time

**Shift Pattern**:Monday - Friday, flexible times across 09.00 - 14:00. Working 4.5 Hours each day

**Rate of Pay**:£11.56 per Hour

**What you’ll do**:

- Prepare and cook food and drink in a hygienic and safe manner, following assigned procedures at all times
- Monitor the quality of the food and service provided, and ensuring that your site performs well - achieving good quality product and service on time and within budget
- Complete and maintain relevant records (e.g. Quality Assurance documentation; Health & Safety records; training logs; timesheets etc.) accurately and on time
- Build and maintain good relationships with colleagues, customers and contractors
- Understand the customer’s service requirements, participating in the development of service provision in conjunction with the Coordinators and Account Managers

**Requirements**:
Demonstrable experience in similar roles or environments is essential for this role along with a Level 2 (or higher) food Certification certificate and practical IT skills.

**Additional Information**

Due to the nature of the site an Enhanced DBS check will be required and paid for by the Company.
