**What You Will Do:**

- Drive squad effectiveness using agile principles, ensuring clear planning, goal setting, and progress through sprints.

- Facilitate the removal of impediments to squad progress, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

- Utilize Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to manage projects and enhance collaboration.

- Report on squad progress with transparency, keeping stakeholders across the business informed and engaged.

- Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

- Manage complex projects and products across diverse, global teams, ensuring alignment and coherence.

**What You Will Bring:**

- Proven experience in managing workstreams within Agile methodologies (e.g., DevOps, Scrum, SAFe).

- Proficiency in Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and strong collaboration skills.

- Excellent communication abilities, both oral and written, with the capability to mentor and lead.

- A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, complemented by Agile or Scrum Master Certification (e.g., PSM, ASM, CSM, APMG, SAFe, PMP-ACP).

- An independent, adaptable mindset with a continuous improvement ethos.
