At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are seeking a Project Engineer for Body Electronics components to join our automotive engineering team in Gaydon, UK.


Main functions to develop:

  • Support and ensure the design and delivery of components to meet cost, quality, performance, and timing targets.
  • Resolve build issues promptly to ensure successful functionality at launch.
  • Design components using standard engineering tools.
  • Define and maintain component specifications.
  • Investigate and resolve issues throughout the component lifecycle.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to meet quality, cost, weight, function, and timing (QCWFT) requirements.
  • Manage software delivery to meet quality and feature levels.
  • Create and manage virtual and physical validation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with specifications through effective reporting and issue resolution.


Requirements:

  • + 3 years of experience in the automotive sector.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electronic, electrical, mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • The position is for UK, mobility availability is mandatory as well as travel availability.
