We are representing a successful, independent property business that is looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts and shape the future of their brand. This is an incredibly exciting new position, working 2-3 days a week to suit your needs and based in beautiful central Birmingham offices.

In this senior leadership role, you’ll have the autonomy to craft and implement marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand visibility. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading the development and execution of the business’s marketing strategy.

* Innovating and exploring new marketing approaches to support business growth.

* Working closely with senior leadership to align marketing with broader business goals.

* Managing a dedicated marketing budget and optimising it to achieve maximum impact.
