Permanent, Residential Team Leader (Full-Time) - job vacancy, Kendal, Cumbria (South Lakes Area)
Location: Kendal, Cumbria, South Lakes (commutable from Windermere, Ambleside, Grange-over-Sands, Milnthorpe, Kirkby Lonsdale, Penrith, and surrounding areas).

With a "Good" CQC rating, you will work in a nurturing environment where care and development are priorities.
Benefits:
* Salary: £30,300 - £32,000 per annum.
* Sleep-in: £65 per sleep, approx. £3,120/year.
* Contract: Full-Time (39 hours/week) or Part-Time options.
* 1 sleep per week for 48 weeks a year.
Duties:
* Lead and support residential care staff.
* Create a safe and supportive environment for young residents.
* Manage care plans, activities, and daily routines.
* Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding regulations.
Criteria:
* Level 3 in Children & Young People or Children's Residential Care (or equivalent).
* Essential: 1+ years' experience in a residential care setting.
* Car Driver Required.
Compliance: This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974; all applicants must disclose convictions and cautions.
