Job Description
We're setting out on an exciting journey here in the Shared Service Centre at United Living and we need a Change Lead to help us achieve our ambitious goals. Passionate about change? What will you be doing?
We’ll be expecting you to drive and deliver business process improvement, continuous improvement and change management activities in our Shared Service Centre, working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver successful and sustainable change. Here are the key responsibilities of the role;
Leading the delivery of business change initiatives, assessing and understanding the impact of changes to enable successful delivery
Ensuring change lands in a controlled manner and benefits are tracked and sustained
Planning, creating and delivering high quality communication
Supporting the development, management and delivery of our continuous improvement programme
Creating, organising and delivering high quality training
Planning, facilitating and delivering the mapping of business processes
Facilitating and delivering reviews of process design, control and performance
Shaping and delivering process designs that reduce waste and improve performance
Using data to analyse business problems and creative thinking to solve them
Qualifications
What we need?
Passionate about change with a proactive mindset. Always looking for improvements and identifying ideas and solutions
An enquiring mind with a desire to learn and grow
Self-starter with ability to work independently
The personality and confidence to work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure changes land successfully
Worked in a change role ideally within a Shared Service Centre or similar, preferably with 2 years or more experience.
Relevant qualifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt) and Change Management (APMG – Change Management and Prosci ADKAR) an advantage
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to work across multiple projects
Experience of managing, facilitating and implementing change
Experience in preparing and delivering training
Experience of facilitating and delivering process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma
Experience of facilitating and delivering the mapping of business processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written, presentation and facilitation skills
Experience of delivering benefits management
Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
Additional Information
The Change Lead is a permanent full time role based in our Shared Service Centre at United Living, Lingley Mere, Warrington. There is the option of hybrid working with 1 day per week working from home
