About the Opportunity

Xpertise Recruitment is seeking an experienced Change Enablement Specialist to lead business change initiatives and drive cultural transformation within our organization.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for key business processes.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to build strong support for change and ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Design and deliver effective communication and training programs to engage employees and promote a culture of innovation.
  • Track progress and assess the effectiveness of change management strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
