Career Opportunity: Finance Change Manager

Role Overview:

This is an 18-month fixed-term contract position to join the Finance Change team at Aviva Healthcare and oversee the introduction of new financial systems into our Financial Control Environment.

The selected candidate will ensure seamless integration of financial control into finance elements of the build, collaborate with the finance value stream to understand requirements, and develop in-depth knowledge of the new platform's finance functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver efficient user acceptance testing for billing, collections, and cash management processes.
  2. Support business readiness and training activities for a safe implementation into finance.
Requirements:
  • Experience with Financial Control Frameworks.
  • Knowledge of general insurance data flows or good understanding of healthcare data.
