**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team at the Port of Great Yarmouth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and asset management, with a focus on maintaining high standards of health, safety, environment, and quality.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver a series of construction and engineering projects as directed by the Business and/or Business Unit Manager.
  2. Perform project duties, ensuring briefs are agreed, contracts are in place, and works are being managed in line with budget and agreed health, safety, and quality standards.
  3. Manage the Great Yarmouth asset base and information using our SAP-EAM system.
  4. Ensure contractor and supplier management is maintained by means of service level review, including site inductions, RA-MS in place, and all relevant permits to work.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of engineering and asset management principles.
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
