**Is your career in care as rewarding as it could be? Are you frustrated with unrealistic schedules that leave no time for the people you support?**
**This is a part time role we can offer either 15, 22.5 or 30 hours per week.**
**Why not join MacIntyre? You will work with the same people regularly and have the opportunity to build long term life changing relationships.**

Don't worry you won't be racing between appointments. Your ability to drive unlocks the opportunities for them to do the things they really enjoy.
Richard is 50 years old and enjoys going out for drives, he will also likes short walks in quiet areas. He does not like crowded and noisy places, his staff support him to make sure they visit places he will enjoy. He visits the sensory centre weekly and loves a McDonalds. His favourite hobbies are singing and listening to music.
Simon is a quiet gentleman who enjoys music and technology, he loves his PlayStation. He likes going out and joining various social events like bowling and nights out in the pub, he likes to have his space to walk around a venue and take in his surroundings. He enjoys the outdoors and attends Macintyre new roots.
Paul enjoys cooking and baking with his support staff. He has a hearing impairment and uses some Makaton to communicate, he is also very good at lip reading. He enjoys arts and crafts and he loves animals especially dogs.
Could you support them to live lives that make sense to them.
