Your Role:

Rotational Experience

Over the course of two years, you'll complete four 6 month rotations, each in a different area of our business. During these placements you are empowered to influence your career pathway to discover your passion and strengths within Siemens Healthineers.
These placements will vary in location so a degree of flexibility with travel and hybrid working will be required.
Mentorship

You'll be paired with experienced mentors who will provide guidance, support, and help you navigate your career path.
Learning and Development

You'll have access to extensive learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. There will be significant on the job learning alongside a series of development modules supporting your growth in communication skills, teamwork, commercial awareness, project management and self-awareness.
Networking

You'll have the chance to connect with professionals across different functions and locations, building a valuable network within the organisation, regularly working on high profile projects with senior level visibility.
Career Progression

Following completion of the Business Graduate program, our graduates have progressed to varied key roles within the business, such as Analyst Consultants, Procurement Specialists, Sales Process Managers, Regional Sales Managers and Customer Service Managers.

All of our Graduates also participate in our Graduate Development Programme teaching softer skills such as communication, teamwork, and commercial awareness alongside the role.

About you:

You will be a recent graduate or in your final year or study, currently studying towards a Bachelors or Masters degree in business, management or a related fields.
You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
You will need excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
You should have an adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow.
You should have enthusiasm for innovation and a passion for making a difference in healthcare.

As this is a permanent role, you must have ongoing eligibility to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
