We are seeking a recent graduate or final-year student to join our Business Graduate Programme as a Commercial and Financial Development Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for you to gain valuable experience in one of the world's leading healthcare companies.
Job Description:The role involves rotating through various areas of our business, including finance, commercial operations, and sales. You will have the chance to develop a broad skill set, build a strong foundation for your future career, and gain insights into different aspects of our business.
You will work closely with experienced mentors who will provide guidance and support throughout your journey. Additionally, you will have access to extensive learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Participate in rotational placements across different areas of our business, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills
- Work closely with experienced mentors to receive guidance and support
- Attend regular development modules to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, or a related field (final year or recent graduate)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
