Support Worker for Vulnerable Individuals in Homeless Shelter

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Support Worker to join our team at a homeless shelter. The successful candidate will work closely with vulnerable individuals, providing the support and care needed to help them rebuild their lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide day-to-day support and care to residents in the homeless shelter.
- Assist individuals in accessing relevant services and resources.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and external agencies.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a homeless shelter or similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
- Commitment to supporting and empowering vulnerable individuals.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
