As a Lead Orthopaedic Scrub, you will:
Perform the scrub role in consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Manage people and processes within the theatre environment
Utilise your orthopaedic scrub experience to ensure high standards of care
Support the development and training of junior staff
Maintain current NMC/HCPC registration
Optionally, hold a Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA)Package and Benefits:

Current NMC/HCPC registration
At least 2 years of orthopaedic scrub experience
Proven ability to manage people and work effectively in a team
A warm, empathetic, and considerate personality
