Business Development Manager

Are you an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Manager ready to ascend in the Aviation recruitment world?
Meridian’s dynamic Aviation division is expanding, and we’re looking for a superstar Business Development Manager – Aviation, to engage with new clients via outbound sales calls, attract high-value Aviation clients, and drive game-changing new wins as we grow into 2025.
As a core member of our team, you’ll report directly to the Sales Director, showcasing your tenacity and passion for winning large-scale Aviation talent solutions across diverse sectors. You’ll be diving into multi-site, high-volume Aviation recruitment projects, so experience in scaling Aviation recruitment solutions with the latest tech is essential to thrive in this role.
Salary up to £40,000 base + bonus
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
Hybrid working with some travel to client sites and Meridian offices as needed

Outbound Sales Calls: Reach out to potential Aviation clients, introduce our offerings, and build lasting connections
Profit Contribution: Drive robust sales growth, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue targets
Tender Pipeline Development: Expand our client portfolio by strategically pursuing Aviation recruitment proposals
Tender Success: Boost our proposal win rate to 1 in 3, giving us a competitive edge in the market
Drive sales by preparing initial prospect intelligence and setting initial meetings
Quality Assurance: Adhere to company procedures, ensuring excellence and consistency in every client interaction
