We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. As a strategic advisor, you will work closely with managers and key stakeholders to drive business outcomes and create positive change within the organization.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting complex employee relations matters and change management projects
  • Advising on recruitment, onboarding, and absence management processes
  • Managing data to report on key people-related activities and metrics

You will contribute to the development of efficient people processes and deliver key projects. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have experience working in HR or people teams.
