We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team at Fawkes & Reece (North). As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the estimation process for various construction projects, working closely with the project team to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Key Tasks:

Your key tasks will include:

  • Managing the appraisal and evaluation of client tender requirements and specifications
  • Leading the development of trade package enquiries for subcontractors
  • Overseeing the production of tender risk information and project cost plans

To be considered for this role, you will require:

  • Strong skills in computerised estimating and take-off software
  • Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within the education, healthcare or social housing sector
  • A driven and enthusiastic approach to delivering results
