Your new company
Our client is a government organisation based near Farnham, currently seeking some admin support on a long term temporary basis with the potential to become permanent.
Your new role

This is a true all round administration role. You will be providing support to the training team ensuring all processes are complied with, managing training course bookings, invoicing and payments as well as PO's.

You will manage the full administrative cycle of the scheduling of training courses as well as the management of training records.

What you'll need to succeed
Confident user of Excel
Strong administration skills
Able to work autonomously
Strong relationship building skills
Highly organised
Excellent time management skills
Own transport offices are not based near public transport links.

What you'll get in return

Once trained, there is the option to work on a hybrid basis.
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Offices in a scenic setting
