The College is searching for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant, supporting our course administration department in day-to-day operations.
The successful applicant will display consistent dedication to their work and a strong desire to contribute to a rapidly growing and exciting company that delivers high-quality online educational courses for professionals.
You will be joining our enthusiastic and friendly team members based in our Farnham head office.
**The work schedule for this role will run Tuesday - Saturday.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage assignment administration through our Exam portal.
- Allocate assignments for marking and ensure the quality of returned assessments while handling all related paperwork.
- Act as the primary point of contact for students regarding assignment questions and support their needs, responding promptly to their inquiries.

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive and driven individual.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Well-organised with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workload effectively.
- Must hold 3 years minimum office based experience
