Our client, a leading organisation in the engineering industry, is seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to join their team. Welcoming and directing visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
Coordinating diaries, meetings, appointments, travel, and accommodation arrangements
Handling clerical tasks including organising and filing documents
Managing communication channels, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and implementing office policies
Accurately inputting data into various systems and databases
Providing administrative support to Project Managers, Directors, and colleagues across the organisationEssential Skills:

Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
