Service Coordinator Role

Our client is recruiting for a meticulous, detail-oriented Service Coordinator to assist and deal with the aftersales needs of our customers. As Service Coordinator your responsibilities include answering the calls that come into the service department, dealing with customer queries and advising available options, helping to plan services, You will also Co-ordinate with customers on any new machine installations, breakdown or other service requirements.

To succeed as a Service Coordinator, you should be service-oriented with excellent organisational and record keeping skills. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and should be able to deal with our clients with empathy and understanding.

Service Coordinator Duties

* Manage and co-ordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.

* Co-ordinate the service engineers in a manner to ensure the engineers hours are used as efficiently as possible in the working week

* Answer inbound calls from customers

* Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend works (when required)

* Liaising with other departments within the business including spare parts dept and sales

Service Coordinator Position Requirements

* Live within a commutable distance of Linford Wood, Milton Keynes

* This role is fully OFFICE BASED - NO HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE

* Strong work ethic and service skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Previous Service Coordinator experience

* Experience & Knowledge of Engineer booking software

* Computer literate & proficient in all MS packages

Service Coordinator - Salary & Benefits

* Basic Salary up to £32,000 DOE

* 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday working hours Friday 08.00 - 15.00

* Monday Lunch is 1 hr Tuesday - Friday 30 mins

* 22 Days Holiday Pro Rata + Bank Holidays (Increases with time served)

* Free parking

* Annual Bonus service bonus
