Description

Manage and monitor credit risk within the company.
Develop and implement credit risk policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Provide risk management guidance on the company's financial strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and manage risks.
Prepare risk reports for senior management.
Drive improvement in the credit risk function through process development and system enhancements.
Lead a team of credit control professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure departmental goals are met.Profile

A successful Credit Control Manager should have:

A strong educational background in finance, business, or a related field.
Expertise in credit risk management and regulatory compliance
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in risk management software and other relevant IT systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Job Offer
