FINANCE ASSISTANT

CWMBRAN

FULL TIME 8.30 - 5PM

£25-27K NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

Report to: Management Accountant

- Credit control duties (debt collection, posting receipts, managing uploads to Invoice Finance provider)

- Raising weekly sales invoices and posting to the ledger

- Credit checking clients (use of Experian)

- Resolving customer queries

- Accounts payable duties (liaison with suppliers, reconciling balances to statements, posting invoices)

- Bank reconciliations

- Processing online payments.

- Any other duties as required by the Managing Director or Management Accountant.

Accounts Officer - Experience

- Processing Experience in manufacturing or recruitment industries (desirable)

- Sage Accounts

- Sage Payroll (covering Payroll Officer in times of absence)

- Reconciliation duties

- Proven good communicator on the telephone and by email (essential), liaising with customers, suppliers, temporary workers.

- Proven experience working in a team environment achieving results.

- Good organisational skills

- Working with Management Accountant, sharing statistical data.

- Proven experience working on their own and in a team.
