**In this role you will**:

- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered
- Calculate and manage the effective use of workshop resources
- Monitor staff and workshop performance to maintain standards
- Allocate work to the workshop team based on the mix of skills available
- Resolve any customer technician enquiries
- Coach and motivate your team to ensure all targets are met

**In order to be successful for this position, you will need**:

- You will take a completely customer focused approach to your work
- You will possess the ability to influence others and have the determination to build on the success of a world class brand
- You should have the ability to effectively communicate at a variety of levels
- You should have experience within a similar role within the motor industry
