Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor

**We currently have an opportunity for someone to join our Cwmbran team and work between our Service and Parts Departments.**

Taking service bookings, advising customers on their servicing and repair requirements. and progressing bikes through the workshop from handover to collection, keeping customers informed at all stages.

Also advising customers about our wide range of Genuine and Aftermarket spare parts and accessories.

Main duties include:

- Greeting all customers and probing their individual requirements (Parts & Service).
- Booking customer bikes in for service, repairs and MOT's.
- Advising customers on servicing and repair of their motorcycles.
- Advising customers on accessory fitment for their motorcycles.
- Presenting spares and accessories that best meet the customers’ needs.
- Stock control.
- Taking payments from customers.
- Answering telephone enquiries.
- Identifying additional sales opportunities.
- Maintaining customer care and contact at all times.

Other duties:

- Presenting merchandise to highest standards.
- Housekeeping and general cleaning of your work area.
- Have great a knowledge of motorcycle parts and motorcycling in general.
- Have knowledge of motorcycle accessories and their key features/functions.
- Be able to ‘multi-task’.
- Have great customer service skills and a proactive work ethic.
- Be computer literate.
- Be well presented and enthusiastic.
- Be professional, honest, punctual and reliable.

You will be passionate about motorbikes, however a positive attitude, the ability to work well within a team, along with a strong work ethic is more important than qualifications.

This is a full time position of 40 hours per week.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
