Public Sector - Local Authority - Resident Services
Full Time - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 35 hours per week
Temporary Role - 3 months with likely extension
£20.52 per hour PAYE / £26.70 per hour Umbrella (increasing to £27.51 from 13th week)
Hybrid Working Arrangement - 3 days in office / site visits in the borough of Ealing, remainder at home however flexibility is required
IT equipment provided
up to 28 days Paid Annual Leave per holiday year (increasing to up to 36 days per year after 12 weeks) - PAYE ROUTE ONLYAdecco are recruiting for a FRA Housing Officer on behalf of their Public Sector client.
Our client are looking for an officer who is familiar in carrying out Fire Risk Assessments, engaging with residents to ensure communal areas on Housing Estates are kept clear. This will include writing to residents and arranging clearances of communal areas.
Experience in carrying out FRA's is essential.
