We are delighted to be partnering with our trusted client once again to support them in their search for an Office Administrator to join their vibrant office in the Stockport area.
The role is to join an established team due to growth.
Ideally, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and understanding of a busy office enviroment. Full training will be provided but role will be varied and duties could include:
- Answering phone and communicating with customers
- Respond to customer queries and complaints
- Process customer orders
- Set up new customer account infomation
- Respond to emails
- Filing, scanning and post duties
- Working closely with other teams in fulfilling customer requests
- Support senior management with other admin duties
- Dealing with invoices
To be successful in this role you need to be organised, high attention to detail and comfortable communicating with people over the phone.
Good written vocabulary is essential and you must be comfortable operating a computer inc MS office packages and Outlook email.
Previous experience with Sage software is desirable but not essential as training would be provided
This role would particularly suit someone who is looking to kickstart their career with a great employer having had limited exposure to a office enviroment.
